A lovely woman, named Kay Insull,
shared the "Stand tall, lovely woman" encouragement
with me at a women's retreat.
She had written it down on a piece of paper for me.
On the backside of the note she handed me, she had written:
"The Lord gave this to me for my daughter.
You are my daughter, too..."
