First Saturday Devotion to Our Lady

The Five First Saturdays Devotion
This devotion consists in:
▪Going to Confession
▪Receiving Holy Communion
▪Reciting five decades of the Rosary
▪Spending 15 minutes with the Virgin Mary
meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary --
all with the intention of making reparation
to her.

The Blessed Mother, the Mediatrix of All Graces, has promised, at the hour of death,
all graces necessary for salvation
to those who faithfully practice this devotion
for the First Saturday of any five consecutive months.
NOTE: The Confession may be under the usual condition of 8 days before or after Holy Communion, provided the person is not in the state of mortal sin when he receives Holy Communion.

Are you hesitating to share the Love of God with anyone? May the Angels support and encourage you to do so! The Virgin Mary, the first Christian, was the first person to bring the Good News of Jesus to anyone.
Newly pregnant with the Son of the Most High, the Virgin Mary did not hesitate to help her cousin Elizabeth. Elizabeth, older in age, was pregnant, too.

"When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the
   baby leapt in her womb.
   Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
   She cried out in a loud voice:

"Blessed are you among women and blest is
   the fruit of your womb."
   ...Mary remained with Elizabeth about three
   months and then returned home."

Act of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, and tender Mother of all people, I consecrate myself to you and to your Immaculate Heart, and recommend to you my family, my country, and the whole human race.

Please accept my consecration, dearest Mother, and use me as you wish, to accomplish your designs upon the world.

O Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth, rule over me, and teach me how to allow the heart of Jesus to rule and triumph in me and around me, as it has ruled and triumphed in you. Amen.
