Change.  Who likes it?  Isn’t it much more comfortable to stay the same?

Isn’t it easier to tell others they need to change?  Isn’t it easier to let others grow, while you enjoy the comfortable, safe feeling of your same-ness?

Do you want to change and grow and become a better you?  Would you like to have the courage to step out of your comfort zone to try something new?
ASK GOD TO HELP YOU.  TRUST HIM!

Place yourself in God’s Almighty Hands.

DO IT!

What is it that you would like to change?  Would you like to become a better listener?  Would you like to become a better husband or wife or parent?

Would you like to grow spiritually?

Would you like to take better care of yourself?

Could you benefit from a positive change?

THINK ABOUT IT!

Do you have any habits?  Good one’s?

Any habits you would like to CHANGE?

You know what?  You can begin working on creating – or giving birth to a new, healthy habit today.

Perhaps you would like to work on putting God FIRST in your life.  You could begin each day – or find a good time each day- to spend time with Him…just being with Him, reading your Bible with Him…walking with Him.

Perhaps you eat for comfort.  You could take steps to control your eating.  You can replace the habit of eating with reading or walking or something that you enjoy, which is constructive.

Perhaps your spouse frustrates you in some way.  You could change the way you approach or react to him or her – or the way you talk to or avoid him or her.

What one thing can you repeat each day, to change yourself for the better?

Do it every day for seven weeks…or however long it takes you to replace the old habit with a good one.

Ask for God to help you.

He will.  Be patient.

He loves you.

You know what?

It’s likely you will love yourself better.

You know what else?

It’s possible others will like you better, too.

Try it.
